If you don't have a good Phone Word, your potential customers will have to find your online listing which is generally found amongst all of your competitors listings.

That's why in most cases it makes no sense to secure the matching Phone Word domain name. If your company decides to rebrand your name to reflect the Phone Word, ie: 1300 PLUMBER, then securing a matching domain would be useful, but not necessarily essential.
